Privacy policy

Short, because the site does very little. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from anyone else. The only personal data we ever hold is what you choose to put in an email to us.

The controller of any personal data described here is Idavoll Engenharia de Software LTDA, CNPJ 68.951.625/0001-72, registered in Valença, Bahia, Brazil.

What this site collects on its own
Nothing. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no third-party scripts. The typeface is served from our own server rather than from a font provider, so opening a page does not tell anyone else that you did.
Our server keeps ordinary web-server logs, which include IP addresses, for a short period for security and diagnostics. We do not use them to build any profile of you.
The contact form
The form on the contact page does not send anything to us. It opens your own email program with the message already written, and nothing leaves your computer until you press send there. If you close it instead, we never see it.
When you do send it, we receive what any email contains: your name, your email address, whatever you wrote, and anything your own mail provider attaches.
What we do with it
We reply. That is the whole purpose, and the legal basis is the step before a contract at your request — Art. 7, V of the LGPD.
We do not sell it, share it, or send you anything you did not ask for. It is not used to train anything.
How long we keep it
Correspondence stays in our mailbox while the conversation is live and for as long as a commercial relationship reasonably needs it. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it, except where we are required by Brazilian law to keep a record — for example the tax and accounting retention periods that apply once an invoice exists.
Your rights under the LGPD
Lei nº 13.709/2018 gives you the right to confirm whether we process your data, to access it, to correct it, to ask for it to be anonymised, blocked or deleted, to take it elsewhere, to know who we have shared it with, and to withdraw consent.

Changes
If this ever stops being accurate — for instance if the contact form becomes a hosted one that posts to our server — this page changes on the same day, and the date at the top changes with it.
